Funny 😆 probably the majority of the newer generation entering the work force feel like this.. real estate is amazing made big money fast with no college education changed my life ended up doing it for a decade.. today it costs alot to hold a license you must pay your real estate license dues yearly close to 1M sats depending on the license can go up to 3M sats a year depending on a commercial license but yeah worth it if you dig in for the commission checks 🫂💜🫡
