i stopped issuing a cell phone for a month and saw great benefits
ive since reinstated it, with far different habits. i dont do email, im getting people on signal and dropping texts,and generally making it less useful and less interesting.
following up from that i stopped using headphones for last few weeks. in spending more time thinking and playing and less time consuming ive recentered a few bad habits - like listening to too many nonfiction audiobooks.
imo life is all about habits and dropping the bad ones while keeping the good ones will be my focus this epoch
