Damus uses a fixed set of bootstrap relays to do the initial load, if iris uses a different set of bootstrap relays that are not blocked then it might load better.

I’m assuming the CCP is always going to be monitoring the damus bootstrap relay list, so it doesn’t matter if I change that since most relays will get blocked over time.
