I think there could be a couple of reasons why scrolling on nostr “ends” – 1. there’s not enough people (yet) to post enough notes and 2. you might not be following enough people

I'm mildly hesitant to follow too liberally as I want to avoid following bots and scammers.

Sure, there's fewer in total than on Xitter.
