I accidentally had some very lean ground beef land in my online grocery order, and I'm not a fan of really lean ground beef, but I knew I could probably make jerky out of it. So I decided to learn how I can make it at home, but since most recipes call for use of dehydrators and/or smokers, jerky guns, curing agents or specialized seasoning blends (which I did not have any of) I figured out how to make it without.
