Nostr is not a blockchain but diffrent system can recommend this
this was my first click on zap or thunderbolt. interesting how it opened my Alby extension. I guess you need bitcoins to "like", right? Do you get paid when someone zaps you?
You can like or 🤙 depending on client you use if you wanna zap you indeed need some sats in your wallet , if you zap it will be near instant in someone else wallet , link above will provide you with more detail link below a overview instead of just faq

Nostr is its own thing it just lends it self very well for bitcoin / lightning integration and many clients have done so like these zaps there is no blockchain involved with nostr it self
