Prolly fine. But eggs and beef has more b12 in the right form.

For me I was low iron and b12 anemic. Tried infusion and b12 pills for over a year. Levels kept falling off a cliff. Iron infusion worked, but not b12.

Carnivore fixed it. That was 2 years ago and while I am meat first now I am not carnivore any longer, but my b12 is still fine.
