I stack sats as much as I possibly can but buying a house is still the best investment I’ve made. If you don’t pay your own mortgage and property taxes you’re just paying someone else’s. I’m also not a fan of abiding by a landlord’s rules, and you can’t make any improvement on a rental without throwing the money away to upgrade someone else’s property.
