I really need a functioning laptop again. I have a nostr problem of late because i can do dev things.

Sunday appt with Apple. Leaving with a functioning laptop one way or the other.

You sure about Apple? How about a used ThinkPad or something more repairable?

Good point. Have been eyeballing a Framework laptop. If i have to replace I'll go this route. Otherwise hoping apple will just fix. The M1 i have was free from a severance package so inclined to keep it if repaired for cheap.
