I keep looking for designs that invite group/community formation to discuss a topic, a need or a job. For instance, when people go to a new class, the first thing they need to thing is to create a group for the class. Each class assignment should be another group. Making topic-centric discussions is very healthy. A design that trully invites this behavior will be king.
