It's said free speech doesn't include yelling 'fire' in a movie theater. People parrot that narrative as if it is fact. But where is this implied case law stating such? Take all the time you want looking for it, but all you will find is one time it was used as an example as to speech that might be able to be restricted. And let's be honest, whatever a law may say, nothing can stop you from doing so. Could there be consequences should someone get hurt? Absolutely. But with rights come responsibility.

Free speech doesn't mean being an asshole all time, except only when the situation demands. Otherwise, it must be possible to talk freely against others without insulting them or disturbing public order.

Yea, I could walk thru South Side Chicago dropping n-bombs all I want. But it would be quite dickheaded and reckless to do so

True. It must be used wisely.
