well, ya don't know until you try.

what forced me into it was that it's the only thing that doesn't upset my half dead wisdom tooth.

i can eat the beef ok though, but on the cost basis the milk totally wins.

7 euros for half my daily requirements as beef.

5 euros for the whole day with milk, cacao and sea salt.

Well… if food was just about money it would be chaper to go all wheat bread…

But it’s not.

I think we can agree that milk > wheat. I just think, that beef >> milk. That’s all.

yeah, totally agreed, but i'm not funded well enough to factor in the price versus the absolute quality level. but it's adequate, even still, even UHT.

milk is letting me run at full steam, even letting me build up substantial weight in muscle (i think i have gained at least 2kg of extra muscle in a month) at nearly 1/4 of the cost of the meat.

bread is poison. bread is only just above beer for nutrition quality. it's going to cause you to go backwards in health, to put on weight, your guts will bloat with nasty malt loving bacteria, and you simply can't break down gluten to the degree you can break down casein, even though that's also a pretty hard protein. obviously better to get jersey (A2) milk or sheep/goat, these are much easier forms of casein.

wheat protein these days, is teh result of a USDA program in the 60s that changed the quality of the wheat protein to something that is far worse than what our grandparents were eating. it's near enough to being poison, it abrades your intestinal walls and causes leaks that stimulate immune reactions to partially degraded peptides getting into the blood that normally would be stopped because of their size.

if you want to save money, but still be able to work out and make progress, milk is an option.

if you are rich, go for the grass fed beef steaks and livers.

i'm not in the latter category, and i have no less need to survive.
