Maybe not the compassion nor understanding that some are disabled.
As long as your not a vegetable, you can do something to maintain or build your body up? Idk, physical health is as important as mental health imo.
But i do get what you mean
I disagree. Lifting weights and exercise requires not being lazy. In principle I agree but itβs just not the same thing in practice.
In practice, hodling was harder for me π and i'm a very lazy person..
Haha I suppose. I have been working out since I was 11 so the discipline and regiment for me is a lifestyle and much harder to do than to stack and stay humble (just in my opinion is all) π€·ββοΈβοΈπ€
