TempleOS is the educational operating system created by the late Terry Davis and maintained by him through the deterioration of his mental state. I believe that things Terry Davis said in his paranoia during that period were the origin of people using the term "glow-nigger" to refer to federal agents, and especially undercover federal agents. I remember he used the n-word a lot and stated that a person can identify federal agents based on the fact that they glow in the dark.
