Isn’t that when the loans have to start being repaid? Or maybe when evictions can start again.
Oct 1 is when loan repayments start.
Evictions are dependent on state but I am referring to home owners who wont be able to make their mortage payments because of inflated costs and now the debt payments that have been paused for 3 years
Yeah saw a post last night that said it’s estimated that 45% will be delinquent on Oct 1st. Guess they figured if Biden won’t get rid of it, they just won’t pay.
