Once your 'fiat' assets have crossed the Galt line into the crypto space one should try not to re-enslave them. The dirt daubers (countries) will try to manage bitcoin uptake by controlling the on and off ramps at the banks. Avoid the ramps - stay in crypto.
That "5 seconds" is a bit dated. May have been true 5 years ago but now it's more like 5 days and only after you've sent high quality scans of your identity documents to China.

I'm talking about the apps I (and most others) don't have. Get such an app from a flat jump without a "papiere, bitte" and days of delay before being able to obtain meaningful BTC quantity.
