16/8 yesterday was quite smooth tbh.

Felt good.

Ate then later a dinner (after gym) and feel a little bit groggy this morning.

Eating normal today.

During the week I make always 16/8 cause I don’t eat breakfast and after work I’ve fasted 16h. On the weekend it’s more difficult and often I don’t fastening on the weekends.
