Make sure you're getting enough salt, good salt, with your food.

Thanks. I’ve got pink himalayan salt on this food, hard to see.

What’s the reason for that? People don’t tend to articulate it.

It helps with fatigue when transitioning to protien and fat as power source. Most people are also deficient in many trace minerals as the soil health has been declining for decades.

Good to know. I’ll stick with it for now.
