Anyone know what kind of mushroom this is?

I’m not sure is actually a real mushroom. Most likely is Amanita Muscaria or a representation of one.
It’s real, my brother took this pic last year and is convinced it’s edible if boiled and dried (he thinks it’s amanita muscaria too). I think it’s something else but don’t know what.
