it won't

Wealth and freedom

Bitcoin

I'd have no money, no job/career, and no hope for humanity. I'd miss everything

I'm literally just a coin

I like the coin

The nostalgia of learning about it as an obscure technology experiment, watching it grow out from the early days.

Being able to transact with another person and not having to ask permission or get bent over by third parties.

You can get that in a penitentiary

This is 💯 exactly what bitcoin was for.

Having free time, because I would have to rebuild it from scratch.

Hope for better future

Hope

The hype from people with money but without principals freaking out and gobbling it up just to mismanage and try to use it to get rich quick, like the whole treasury strategy that backfired on them.

I would miss most the idea of an open, global, censorship-resistant financial system. Not so much the price or the technology itself, but the possibility for anyone to participate in an economic network without needing permission, where individual sovereignty is non-negotiable. Bitcoin is more than an asset: it is a philosophical statement against the arrogance of centralized control. Its disappearance would be a loss for human freedom.
