For whatever reason (I ran out of disk a few weeks ago) pingstr stopped alerting me when I receive a new DM

If that happened to you, or if you don’t have anything that alerts you when you receive a new nostr DM, connect pingstr

It's somewhat obsolete now for me that Amethyst has push notifications.

for iOS + web, I still need it

It’s the only way I know I’ve gotten DMs. I don’t check the inbox in Damus otherwise.
