In Panama City, a small team of Bitcoiners is hitting the streets with a simple mission: make Bitcoin part of everyday life.

nostr:nprofile1qqstntyujc4aumsg9tjgz56ycq79xcat8fgkmmd54xmk776yww5k2sg8c8v88 team is walking into shops and restaurants, showing merchants how to accept their first sats. And this October, theyโ€™ll host their first big outreach with a Bitcoin stand at Italia Fest, speaking directly to hundreds of people curious about the technology.

This is how grassroots Bitcoin adoption looks like in Panama: on the ground and face to face.

- Onboarding merchants into Bitcoin payments.

- Hosting meetups where anyone can ask questions and learn.

- Building a network of Bitcoin-friendly businesses that locals, expats, and visitors can all use.

With support, they can grow faster: monthly meetups, free onboarding kits for small businesses, more events, more merchants, and a stronger community economy in Panama.

At Geyser, we see this as the beginning of something bigger: the first grassroots Bitcoin movement in Panama.
