I think Japanese relays filter according the note language, not geohash
naaaa I was able to use some while in Japan but not when I got back to the states, only reason Iโd say this
You canโt even connect to it while in the states, but you can connect while in Japan.

Some from the list are accessible from abroad but otherwise internal. nostr:npub1psztp4ewrnntks87ehkxeuvx5kpaspnk7hens6ycr3u7uptndsuskn58dc for example is running only for the japanese users, in the beginning it was accessible outside as well.

SerSleepy is right. From what I understand, they set it up on their hosting service to accept only from Japan IP/ location. (I could be wrong)
