You can activate relays for: from left to right: home feed, messages, public chats, global and search. Then all downloads and uploads.
Numbers are the amount of bytes downloaded, uploaded and error count for each of the relays.
Yeah having it turned on green means you're receiving notes of that kind from that relay.
Toggle then on and off to see which works best for you
