Gm and also wait cooking for someone gives me good chemical ?

I think it does! I was wondering the same and imagined how I feel in my chest and gut when I make someone a meal and they love it. Itโ€™s definitely oxytocin!

I can relate to that, learned something today ๐Ÿ˜‚

Same!

It's not just "someone", it's a loved one. And it isn't necessarily cooking.

Doing acts of service for people in your tribe helps bond the tribe together.

Better living through brain chemistry

Absolutely. This got me thinking, too. I wonder if some of the people who work in restaurants - chefs and career waiters - have an open-heartedness in this way where they get an oxytocin dose from feeding strangers. From the conversations Iโ€™ve had with people (restaurant industry is pretty connected to wine) this definitely seems to be the case ๐Ÿฅ‚
