Hard to say what zero emission is. I don’t want to sound pessimistic but if the sun isn’t shining then how can the energy be emission free? Same thing with wind energy. A single ASIC consumes 3kW that’s like 10 solar cells.

In my opinion not everything can be made green.

Sure but hydro can’t be used everywhere. Also wind is just affordable if you build big wind turbine’s. Another problem is that not all people are excepting living near a wind turbine.

That’s why Bitcoin is so beautiful.

You can build a full installation at a place where there is no demand for electricity. Normally nobody would use this excess energy because you cannot transport it. But now with Bitcoin you can convert excess clean energy to a monetary value.

Think about it. Read about it. You’ll realize this can solve a lot of the environmental & energy problems in the world

That’s a good argument. But I’m not sure that the majority of miner are doing this. They just move where the average electricity cost is low and build a mining facility.

The average electricity cost is the lowest where there is excess clean energy… that’s the whole thing…
