Certainly so, but the last time I was there they asked for my foid for ammunition and would not sell anything illegal to the state. I could have gone to a different store, sure, but its still a pain. Easiest would be just to have someone I know buy for me, and/or mail them to me. I think even mailing things here breaks some sort of stupid law. Leaving IL is the best option lol
