If Trump actually wanted to solve the illegal immigration problem, he'd be working around the clock to get every single one out and then putting pressure on Congress to write up legislation to keep them out. None of that is happening. He plans to get rid of the very worst of the worst and claim total victory. Meanwhile, the rest remain.
