I don't think there's such thing as "withe ethnostate". Whites (Caucasians) are a very diversified group around all Europe, trying to build such ethostate would be impossible and even if it was the case, state is an immoral institution no matter if it's racial, socialist, capitalist, communists, monarchical, republican, etc.
