Haha I’m sure it was.

P.S. I use the same mental trick to get myself to the gym.

I tell myself I can just go and lift light weights, then I do that and after 5 mins I’m just like this is lame, I may as well lift heavy now that I’m already here.

It works. It feels low commitment.
