Then why is everybody shouting they have been “verified” :)
because the check marks say NIP-05 verified, but all that means is that it's been verified that you own that NIP-05 ID and the fact that check marks historically have meant verified on social media.
we don't ask for any KYC info. it's not a true verification. it's just an ID, like an email address.
