I can’t zap people with Damus. Is there an issue with zapping? The lightning bolt turns sideways but nothing happens beyond that.

Likely an issue with the LN wallet you are using rather than Damus. Phoenix is slow sometimes as the app needs to be open for your node to be active. Wallet of Satoshi is foolproof but is custodial
