Good morning. Stackin fuggems day fir me today but..

Make sure you all get your 5 minutes of meditation in before you start your day or perhaps at lunch to refresh your mind

1. Sit in a quiet place.

2. Close your eyes and inhale

3. Retain the breath and In your mind say I

4. Exhale and suspend the breath and in your mind say AM

5. Practice 5 minutes ❤️🤗

(I on the inhale retention AM on the exhale suspension)
