i was not. i was thinking about legacy media servers, but blossom integration would be great too.

I still want to use my own domain as a legacy file server too though. Could even have a note that defines your preferred file server...
I have not made a NIP for it, but for blossom servers users can use k:30063 events to advertise what servers they upload their files to https://github.com/hzrd149/blossom/blob/master/Nostr.md#user-server-discovery
Its integrated into next.nostrudel.ninja and blossom.hzrd149.com right now
