kefir is superior to yogurt. it is substantially healthier with 24 probiotic strains instead of 7. it can have a pleasant fizz to it when made with raw milk. since the culture is mesophilic(room temp culture) it is more alive and easier to make. i imagine i’m biased being turkish and i’d rather drink kefir.
