Darkest times are coming upon EU citizens :(

So how they can fine a relay operated by individual living in a country outside of the EU?

Tous les FAI ont signés les accords de divulgation des IP de leurs abonnés depuis des années les nouvelles Lois mis en place aujourdhui ne sont que la continuité du programme ID numérique et traçabilite individuelle ..
