I'm going to Australia in a month. What are the best foods to try why I'm there?

Are you a crow water mate. I’m from the mid nth
Yeah gods country down here mate. I was actually thinking about doing the Mawson trail in the next year or so when I get my gravel bike, that should take me through a bit of your back yard!
Camel is surprisingly tasty, worth checking out.
Banh Mí - Vietnamese pork belly in a crusty bread roll with chilli, pickled veg, coriander
Kangaroo 👌 , Emu (get the two together in a Coat of Arms burger)
Phô - Vietnamese (again) noodle soup, meat, lots of chilli, fresh herbs
Sushi - find a proper Japanese restaurant Not just a sushi train place.
Malaysian hotpot
Chinese dumplings
Depends on what part you’re going to as well, Sydney does amazing Lebanese food, Fremantle in Perth has lots of seafood and Italian restaurants, and Melbourne is the food capital - you’ll be spoiled for choice no matter where you go
Anything up north in Broome or Darwin will have lots of Aboriginal and Asian influences
So much to choose from!
