Another little nugget you can keep in your back pocket regarding Ripple is that XRP is technically just a funding token.

Anyone who says banks are using Ripple is pretty much retarded and doesn't know what they're talking about. Unless I'm the retarded one, and they've changed things, but the Xrapid system that they're building out that banks are supposedly using has nothing to do with the XRP token.
