I would say if you and your wife managed to stay in perfect health with zero viral infections, including no running nose for the past 24 months, and you will live the same lifestyle in the same location with the baby, and your child will have roughly the same contacts with other people like you had - I would go vax free. If not, it probably means you have not disconnected from the Matrix properly yet - perhaps safer to vax, except flu and covid. These 2 obviously do not work, while with the others at least there is no obvious damage over many many decades.
