Do you have any tips for processing food to be dehydrated? Is there something to dice fruit & veggies to the appropriate size other than a mandolin? (The stand mixer attachment dices smaller than I'd like for many things)
I have a hand banana slicer, but all other cutting is just with knives. Uniformity in size helps with consistent drying. I do much more freeze drying than dehydrating as well.
Bullish on the new labels. These are delicious btw Perma. Tried really hard to not finish it in one go. 😄
