Altough I am open minded and support innovation, especially communities contributing and enhancing a project,

I still have a very strong stance on almost all Altcoins which are almost all shitcoins.

Ethereum specially.

No warnings about the centralized aspects of its protocol. An unfair issuance of coins, mainly directed and owned and influenced, by the "developer" for extra benefit. They are led by greed.

There simply is no second best. All the attempts on making it "better" actually put their project in danger, and all projects are bound to be corrupted by powerful lobbyists.

Some crypto projects might be used for different purpose then money, but this makes it less effective.

actually, I agree with most of your critics on shitcoins And I don't mean to promote Ethereum, but rather make a point that Nostr is able to provide a social network for them even if they are not great like Bitcoin. Nostr is a connector, to everything. Even services like Twitter can be done in that way by easily adding a sign-in-with-twitter button like that mentioned in the article.

It is a nice goal, I support it too. But maybe it is better to first introduce other groups to nostr, before letting those crypto scammers join. That way, the newcomers are protected from those greedy people and only focus on the non scammers.

Or in other words, I believe shitcoin crypto scam communities have a lower priority then many other communities like Linux for me.
