Just finished a three day fast. Was aiming for four days but had some very bad sciatic pain last night and didn't sleep much. I think my potassium levels were starting to get too low. Was drinking some salt water to help with electrolytes but the potassium was far too low. I need to make a proper snake juice next time.

And after eating some beef, kiwi, banana, and yogurt. Most of the sciatic pain is gone so I can confirm that it was likely the lake of potassium that did me in.

Still, I lost a few pounds of belly fat and had a good talk with God last night. Definitely recommend fasting to anyone who hasn't tried it.
