LNBeats exist becasue people added there music to the podcastindex and anyone can build on that. Same thing every podcasting app does btw. Just RSS feeds with data you can filter out to display their content.
I added new feeds the other day that I can see in any real podcasting app.
People are sleeping on RSS imo.
I mean we added frickin lightning payments to it so don't tell me anything cant be done and its dead.
Well what I constantly find ironic is that all of social media was based from rss.
RSS created the feed.
Facebook, twitter, nostr, the metaphor is a feed (or timeline).
When this concept was introduced it was inspired or copied from RSS. Twitter syndicates in a really simple way, all of the other feeds to which you are subscribed.
(Old twitter not "for you" algorithmic twitter).
So nostr can say that nostr is superior, but they are using RSS in spirit anyway.
