So...... Small blockers.... Allegedly messed that up right?

Small blocks increased the probability of million dollar btc.

While not really effecting the probability of no more dollars.

no, without extremely valuable currency, nobody would abandon dollars

and without small blocks you can't have decentralization, you just get fiat allover again
