we need to continue to convert who we can with empathy but rigorous dialogue. I think that’s part of the responsibility of transitioning to these open protocols. Let’s not sink to their levels.

We all know the transition will happen, but it’s in no-one’s interest for it to happen in the form of a major crisis.

The more we can convert people peacefully, the softer the landing will be for all of us.
