This is what normies look like to me now.
I cannot understand why they refuse to adopt solutions that are available to them.
Solutions like #Bitcoin that enable financial freedom, and solutions like #Nostr that enable freedom of speech.
Instead they choose to suffer so that they do not appear contrarian.
Why do they 99% not see what we see?
If you don't know then you don't know. Much like cybersecurity risk. Though, once you know you can't not know
The answer is psychological, ultimately spiritual.
It's about being able to handle change. It's about letting go of the need for an authority. It's about having the capacity to going on that journey towards real freedom. To have your trust + worldview shattered, and to face all the responsibility that comes with that path of freedom, isn't easy.
It's about being able to say, I wasn't right, I didn't and I don't know. But I'm ready to go on the journey to find out for myself.
That takes courage, that needs awareness of one's own conditioned behavior patterns.
I hope we get more adoption.
We are creatures of habit for better or worse. They will come around when it is common to see/hear Bitcoin around them. Like cell phones tik tok Instagram etc.
Ardent Truthers who are seemingly blind, deaf & mute to Bitcoin also frustrate me.
Admitting to be wrong is also a huge barrier. With all the multiplicity of choices in life we tent to get a smaller and not a bigger world view.
Adoption takes decades. Progress has been fast enough...better to let the world acclimatise to the new standard than for change to happen suddenly.

I think that's true! That's why my 20 years of Redpilling didn't have much of an effect until recently, when things actually started to affect them.
