Sleep disruption has many possible causes and nothing takes the place of a proper intake by a Holistic Doctor.

Avoid sleep medications, as they’re addictive and end up causing more harm than good.

Melatonin will cause negative feedback (see my video), will have diminishing returns, and disrupt normal function (causing an additional sleep issue). Don’t take it.
