😃 hooray love it!

Once upon a time a decade ago I did some forays into animation as a teacher for about three years and it was so fun and so rewarding and painful and challenging and I didn’t know what I was doing most of the time—and had to teach it and my poor students, but we also had a great deal of fun. I just love it when artists tackle animation.

As I’m flipping through the pages it is full of gems if one just looks them up, but the one caveat is it’s the standard cast of characters representationally, mostly white dudes. Here is another that has some great works from the broader world:
