Sending signal is the smart way.
The clearer your signal, the more visible and findable you'll be.
Bitcoin startups prefer reputation based hiringt through their networks, before they resort to cv based hiring. So becoming intentional about the reputation you're creating is very very important.

Data. That's a broad description what I like in tech world. I like to manage data and help others to be better connected because of data.
Purpose. I look for purpose and I want to see a purpose driven actions in others.
Human-Centered. It's human behind everything and it should be put in front of any technology, company, etc.
