Maybe you should try to add more relays on your list at least a few more paid ones and check if your filter.nostr.wine is working to send notes in public relays too.

I just noticed that Iris client reseted all my clients. I have paid nostr.wine with forwarding. Now its working fine again

Public relays and including filter nostr wine could lead into reports a lot reports by only posting a girl in bikini 😐
